Although Jose Vitor Leme had been absent from the premier series tour for two months, he continued to train rigorously. In his debut appearance at the 2023 Unleash The Beast campaign, the two-time World Champion delivered an outstanding 3-for-4 weekend performance, culminating in a 92-point championship round ride on Cliff Hanger. This achievement secured Leme his first UTB event title of the year and propelled him to the No. 10 rank.
Eduardo Aparecido, despite being bucked off Tested’s Viper in the initial round, managed to ride his final three bulls of the weekend. This included a remarkable 90.5-point performance on Tulsa Time in the short round, earning him 109 UTB points and a second-place finish. Bob Mitchell’s 2-for-4 display secured him a third-place standing, accentuated by the young rider’s 90-point ride against Tijuana Two-Step. This event marked the official commencement of the PBR’s 30th-anniversary celebration at Madison Square Garden.
