Jimmy Graham is Now the Highest Paid TE in the NFL

Rest easy Saints fans, Jimmy Graham has confirmed he will continue to be rockin’ black and gold!

It’s a win-win situation. A long term deal has now been agreed to before the 4:00 PM deadline for franchise players. The New Orleans Saints has made Jimmy Graham the highest paid TE in NFL history with a 4 year, $40 million contract and $21 million guaranteed, who needs to be a WR when you’re making just as much as one?

After a rollercoaster of an offseason with the franchise tag, negotiations, and appeals – they are both finally happy. What a great day it is to be a Saints fan. We all have to agree, this was well deserved. Graham led the league with 16 touchdowns, caught 86 passes for 1,215 yards and may I just point out, that was with his plantar fascia injury.
